Returns and Exchanges
All returns or exchanges need to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.
At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition, with their price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, please notify us via email at care@levelupsalons.com within 12 hours from the time of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for a return pick-up and replace the items (subject to availability) or issue a full refund. In case of returns other than damaged or wrong items, please ship to the return address at your own cost.
Once the returned product satisfies our quality check, we will reimburse you with a Levelup Salons Online Store Credit (Redeemable online only) or a Refund. You may also opt for an exchange (subject to availability) or you may return the product to the store and receive a Levelup Salons offline store credit (Redeemable offline only). Please carry the original invoice to the store at the time of return or exchange.
- No cash refunds on sale items or discounted products. An Online Store Credit of equal value will be issued.
- Refunds on COD transactions will be issued in the form of Online Store Credit.
- Discount coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No return/exchange allowed on perfumes and fragrances.
- Reimbursements on fresh merchandise will be credited to the customer’s bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank.
- L'Pristine Beaute India reserves the right to process refunds based on the product's quality inspection.
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
